Length of presentation material should be in accordance with your time allotted. Total duration including Q&A and speaker changeover is 20 minutes for each invited talk and 15 minutes for each regular talk. Please refer to the Final Program for actual presentation schedules. You are kindly requested to be at the presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session starts. Alternatively please email your presentation to or by October 17, 2019 to allow the presentations to be preloaded.

2. Determine Your Audio-Visual Needs

Each meeting room comes equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. The computers in the meeting rooms are being provided to Windows-based PC users. The PC will be configured with Windows Operating System. Please bring your presentation files in thumb drives. For MAC-laptop users, please bring your own VGA adapter cable.

3. Create a Backup Copy of Your Presentation

We recommend that you bring at least 2 copies of your presentation to the meeting for backup purposes. Thumb drives are acceptable.

4. Give Your Presentation

Be considerate to the other speakers and audience by staying within your allocated time. The allocated time for your presentation includes a discussion and changeover to the next speaker. Session Chairs will hold you to the allotted time. This is essential to ensure adequate time for questions and discussion as well as adherence to the schedule. Please discuss the same material as reported in your abstract submission.

1. Prepare Your Poster and Poster Set-up

You can display your poster as soon as you arrive and register on the first day of the conference. Elements needed for hanging them should be prepared by the author himself, and the roll up banner of your poster is recommended to be prepared.
The title of your poster must appear clearly at the top of the poster. The authors and their affiliations should also be clearly visible. The posters are expected to follow standard scientific presentation practices. No specific templates or guidelines for posters are expected.
Please note that there is no printing service available on site, so you will need to make your own printing arrangements.
The posters will be presented by their authors during the workshop. Posters may be displayed for the duration of the conference, to facilitate ongoing discussions.

2. Remove Your Poster

Posters must be removed after the viewing time by 17:30 (Oct 19) and 17:00 (Oct 20). After this time, posters remaining on the boards may be removed and discarded by cleaners. STAHY will not be responsible for posters and materials left on poster boards after the stated hours.
